What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal or Google Checkout. Sorry, we don’t accept orders over
the phone.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us for shipping rate
to your country prior to ordering.
Attention International Buyers.
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order
might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of
delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import
taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with TGS,
and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO address since we use the United States
Postal Service.

How do I track my package?
We use PayPal to print shipping labels, We will send you your
tracking number when your order ships.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change
something, please email us at
thegiftsolution@comcast.net and let us know. If your order has
not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for
you. Please include the name the order was placed under, the email
address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
We do not send confirmation emails, you will see an order received
screen once your transaction has been completed. If you did not
see the screen, you can email

was placed.
What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be The Gift Solution or TGS it is
the legal name of our company.
