What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal. Sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us for shipping rate to your country prior to ordering.


Attention International Buyers.
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with TGS, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.


Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO address since we use the United States Postal Service.


What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. Approx. costs are displayed below for one Item.

Domestic Shipping Options:
First Class Mail (2-7 day delivery / $3.95) – Our Normal Shipping Method
Priority Mail (2-5 day delivery / $6.99) – You will have to contact us for this option
Express Mail (1-2 day delivery / $24.00) – You will have to contact us for this option

International Shipping Options:
International First Class (2-4 week delivery on average / $7.50) - Delivery time varies by country
Priority Mail International (6-12 day delivery / $25.00)

How do I track my package?
We use PayPal to print shipping labels, PayPal will send tracking numbers to you automatically.


What size shirt should I order?
Please see the sizing chart located at the bottom of each item page.


I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at thegiftsolution@comcast.net with your order specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.


I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to buy it?
If you have a good shirt idea, send it to thegiftsolution@comcast.net, and if we want to make it we will pay you 10% of the selling price of the shirt and give you a free t-shirt of your choice. The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will be selected. Feel free to include multiple ideas in one email.


I am a designer, are you hiring?
We are always looking for talented designers to work on a freelance basis. If you are interested, please contact us at thegiftsolution@comcast.net.


How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at thegiftsolution@comcast.net and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.


Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
We do not send confirmation emails, you will see an order received screen once your transaction has been completed. If you did not see the screen, you can email thegiftsolution@comcast.net and we can confirm that the order was placed.


Do your shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within 3 – 5 Business Days.


What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be The Gift Solution it is the legal name of our company.


Are you looking for new models?
We are always on the lookout for new models. If you are interested, please send a variety of pictures of yourself to us at thegiftsolution@comcast.net. Include the city you are located in, and any other info you think we will find helpful. The more pictures that you include the better. And please include some where you are having fun! They do not need to be professional shots. In fact, we prefer at least some are pictures of you hanging out, goofing off, smiling, and having fun.
